Step 1: Tell us what you want to write about. Keep your inputs short and simple.
In Content Automation->AI Content Writer, we ask you three simple questions.
- Main Topic of interest: Enter the main topic of your blog here. Broadly speaking, what is your blog about? This topic can be as specific or as broad as you want it to be. We use your input in this field to fetch top SERP results so that you can do a depth analysis with your competitors. Keep this topic closely related to your Niche Semantics and Market Research. Note the Main Topic of Interest in your Niche Semantics is seed topic and reference to training Athena. When you want to write a variety of content, you can switch the topic to meet your content needs. For example: if your Main Topic of Interest is 3D printing in Market Research Niche Semantics and you want to create a blog post about 3D printing software.
- Initial Content Idea: This will be the headline of your blog. No worries, you can change it later if you want. We use this input to create a draft outline of your blog. Try to come up with your initial headline, e.g., 3 Tips to get started with 3D printing software.
- What problem does this content solve for your readers?: Your blog aims to either educate your readers or give them a solution to an existing problem. Enter the problem-solution that your blog focuses on. This input will be used by Athena to fetch smart context to create a better outline.
4.Select Country: You can provide the country selection so that search results are specific to your regional and language preferences. If you are working in the French language, we recommend selecting a country like France.
Step 2: Generate Outline
Click on the Generate Outline button. CrawlQ will take you to our Editor page with the AI-generated blog of almost 800 to 1000 words on the left and multiple CrawlQ tools to research, improve and edit the draft blog on the right.
Step 3: Improve and work upon the outline
And that’s it! We have a blog available for you with your minimum inputs. Go over the blog, and if you are not yet fully satisfied, we also provide a variety of features to improve this blog outline. Let’s go over them one by one.
3.1 Captivating Captions

We personally like this feature a lot. This does two things with one click. You not only get an introductory statement for your blog but also an elaborate paragraph following it. Go ahead and generate as many paras as you want because we know that the first lines of any blog matter the most as they decide whether the reader will continue reading your blog or skip it. Remember after the headline, the introduction is the perfect hook to keep your reader interested in details.
3.3 Content Coach
Now that you have the headline and the intro ready, you can go to “Content Coach” to get more structured content ideas for your blog. This will be useful to add more depth of coverage. This will help you showcase your authority, and domain expertise on the main topic and problem pain point to your readers. This feature does not provide elaborate details but just creative ideas that you can expand upon using write-me-Athena/ask-me-Athena
3.4 Write Me Athena / Ask Me, Athena
This is a chance to interact with AI Athena’s absolute power and really test its power. When you do your Market Research and Power-Up Athena, it gets trained on your data, the fruits of which can be seen here. The better you train Athena, the better response you will get when you ask it to write for you. I copied a topic from Content Coach and added it to my blog in the screenshot below. I then selected that text and clicked Ask Me, Athena. The AI-generated the entire text inside the blue box. Athena can write long-form content paragraphs of almost 250 words depending on the context. You can quickly create an ebook or course material using the Write me Athena or Ask Me Athena feature.
You can also write your own instructions, e.g., List Top 10 3D printing software. You can write any type of short instructions. No need to remember commands. Get creative with Athena. She understands your language, and she understands the meanings of words.
3.5 Document Score:
Not sure how your audience will react to your content? Use our document score feature to keep your blog relevant to your buyer persona market research. Keep editing the blog and use the reload button to get the updated score.

3.6 Market Tab- FRED Avatar and Insights:
At any point, if you feel you are deviating from your buyer persona and need more inputs from your research, switch to the “Market” tab and copy-paste your data in your blog from inside the editor. You do not need to go back to the Market Research section of our tool. You can also see your saved insights right here.
You can pick up any arguments, perspectives, or pain points from your research and just ask Athena to expand on it. You can use either instructions-based language with “Ask Me Athena” or expand the unfinished sentences with “Write Me Athena.”
3.7 SERP: How to consume competitor content 100% unique and plagiarism-free?
Now is the time to look at your competitor’s content and SEO. Use our SERP feature to consume competitor content so that you can add 10x more value to your blog. This will undoubtedly provide more strong signal to Google to rank your content on page #1 of Google. Results are based on your selection for the country.
First, select the relevant competitor title. Expand on the H1, H2, or H3 tags by clicking the Collapsible button. You will see the applicable paragraphs once you uncollapse the H1, H2, or H3 tags.
Now you can click on the “?” button. Athena will generate intelligent open-ended or close-ended questions based on the context in the paragraph.
Next, click on the “pencil” button to generate 100% unique answers. Athena writes original 100% unique answers based on the context of your market research. It is guaranteed that competitor content is never used as input to the AI. Instead, competitor content inspires Athena to generate intelligent questions ad their 100% unique answers fully drawn from your original research.
Go through the paragraphs, generate questions and answers from those paragraphs or simply rewrite the paragraph and use them directly in your blog.

Go to the Topics tab to see the hot topics that your competitors are writing around your main topic of interest. Athena researches the SERP paragraphs to find the most relevant topics for you and the number of times it has appeared in the top documents extracted from your organic competitors. You can ensure that you cover the top 10 topics and expand on them using “Write Me Athena” or “Ask Me Athena.”
3.9 Quora Questions: Add More FAQs for search results snippets and coverage depth based on Quora Questions.
The Questions tab fetches the trending questions on Quora for your main topic. You can edit these questions and even generate long-form paragraph answers for them. Use these QnA pairs for FAQs in your blog to add value to the readers.
3.10 NEWS: How to add relevant trends and news signals to your blog to keep it most relevant and valuable to your readers.
No blog is helpful if it is purely hypothetical. We thus provide you with the NEWS feature to get the latest news in your regions related to your main topic. Use this to get facts and opinions. Simple drag and drop the news article and add them as “Further Reading” at the end of your blog to hook your reader. Use the “Country Code” option at the top of the right panel to get regional news for various places.
Additionally, you can use these links to add relevant backlinks to your blog to increase the domain authority and relevancy of your blogs. Remember the news section pulls data from reputed online media houses from Forbes to Reuters.
